Heard learned advocate Mr. Supehia for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondent state authority. It is jointly submitted that the petition is identical to Special Civil Application No.3443 of 2012. Learned advocate Mr. Supehia for the petitioner requested that as petition is identical to Special Civil Application No.3443 of 2012, similar order which is passed in Special Civil Application No.3443 of 2012, may be passed. Therefore, below mentioned order is passed.
