Order on the Correction Application No.2 of 2021 From perusal of the record, it is clear that by inadvertent mistake, paragraph 3 has been written in the order dated 25.01.2021 which is quoted as follows:-
"On the other hand it is argued by Sri Vivek Saran, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2 that amount of compensation has already been deposited by the department in the court below and since the petitioner himself was absent on so many dates, the same was not released in favour of the petitioner."
Therefore, the paragraph No.3 is deleted from the order dated 25.01.2021.
The correction application is allowed accordingly.
