This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 08.05.2017, as well as, entire proceeding of Case Crime No. 122 of 2017, under Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, P.S. Sector 49 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
Learned A.G.A. submits that the offence against which the applicants have been charged is bailable. Further, learned counsel for the applicants failed to show from the material brought on record that the offence is not made out.
In the circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
