The present petition has been filed against the show cause notice-cum-suspension order dated 12.04.2018 issued by the District Magistrate, Meerut.
Against the suspension order, an appeal lies under Section 18 of the Arms Act before the Commissioner.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal.
