When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the certified copy sought for in copy application Nos.2873 of 2017, dated 24.03.2017 and 3374/2017, dated 12.04.2017, relating to fair and decreetal order, dated 23.03.2017, made in I.A.SR.No.2059 of 2016 in O.S.No.124 of 2012 on the file of the learned District Judge, Kanyakumari Division at Nagercoil has been issued by the Court concerned. Therefore, it is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives in the revision petition and it may be dismissed as infructuous.
2. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
