JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. Trivedi learned counsel for the applicants. It is the grievance of the applicants that the authorities are making recovery from their pay for the alleged excess payment of pay and allowances. Learned AGP Ms. Jyoti Mehta requests for time. At her request, the matter is adjourned to 7.12.2012.
Learned counsel Mr. Trivedi further states that identical matters being Special Civil Application NO. 3523/2002 and 14545/2003 be listed along with this matter. Registry to list those matters also along with this matter.
