On 5th December, 2012 following order was passed.
Heard Mr. Trivedi learned counsel for the applicants. It is the grievance of the applicants that the authorities are making recovery from their pay for the alleged excess payment of pay and allowances. Learned A.G.P. Ms. Jyoti Mehta requests for time. At her request, the matter is adjourned to 7.12.2012.
Today learned A.G.P. Ms. Jyoti Mehta states that she does not have papers of main matter. She further states that she intends to file reply to the Civil Application. She prays time up to 21st January 2013.
For the present, interim relief in terms of paragraph 11 (b) of this application is granted, which shall operate till further orders.
