Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct the court below to consider the bail application in Case No. 1235 of 2017 (State Vs. Satyajeet @ Budda) arising out of Case Crime No. 64 of 2015, under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Husainganj, District - Fatehpur.
Prayer made in the application cannot be allowed as the applicant after surrendering before the court below has right to make prayer as has been prayed in this application.
