Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Chief Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to regularize the services of the petitioner on the post of Office Assistant Grade II or Junior Clerk/ Booking Clerk in the order of seniority taking into consideration his full length of service w.e.f. 29.11.1978 and to pay the arrears of salary and other permissible allowances accordingly followed by consequential benefits of the same.
While entertaining the writ petition an interim order dated 27.11.1991 was issued to the opposite parties to regularize the service of the petitioner in accordance with Labour Court award or to show cause.
It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that in compliance of the order, services of the petitioner have been regularized.
Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to bring on record the regularization order.
