JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter is called out, again, learned Advocate Mr. Anal S. Shah for the Appellant has requested for time as he has not been able to go through the R&P.
Therefore, in order to enable him to go through the R&P and take instructions of depositing the amount of Rs.2,50,000/-, the matter is adjourned to 11th May, 2012 with clear understanding that no further time shall be granted.
