1. Heard Sri Ankit Kumar Rai, learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record.

2. Grievance of petitioner is that pursuant to Labour Court's award petitioner has not been paid arrears of salary.

3. That be so, petitioner has a remedy under Section 6-H of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
