Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondent no. 1 as well as Sri Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 and 3.
The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.9.2018.
Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was selected as an Assistant Teacher and was issued appointment letter on 5.9.2018 but the Headmaster of the concerned school has not permitted to the petitioner to join on the said post.
It is further contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner filed a representation dated 15.9.2018 before the respondent no. 3 District Basic Education Officer, Shahjahanpur but no order has been passed till date in this regard.
In these circumstances, direction is issued to the respondent no. 3 District Basic Education Officer, Shahjahanpur to decide the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of the production of the certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
