This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceeding of charge sheet dated 20.07.2014 in S.T. No. 499 of 2017 (State Versus Satya Prakash) arising out of case crime no. 1426 of 2013, under Sections 452, 376, 511, 506 I.P.C. and 3(I)(XI) SC/ST Act, Police Station Izzat Nagar, District Bareilly, pending in the court of Special Judge SC/ST Act, Bareilly.
Learned A.G.A. submits that the charge sheet is of 2014 and the cognizance thereon was taken in 2015. The applicant has approached this Court at a belated stage. Further the ingredients of the offence is made out.
In the circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is accordingly dismissed.
