Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Firozabad to decide Case No.13 of 2015 (Satya Prakash Vs. Smt. Dolly), under Section 8 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, within stipulated period.
Considering that the matter relates to proceedings under the Guardian and Wards Act, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of this petition by observing that in absence of any legal impediment, the court below shall ensure that the proceedings are brought to its logical conclusion expeditiously, in accordance with law, without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
