Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed for setting aside the orders dated 21.2.2019, 20.3.2017 and 10.11.2016 passed in Original Suit No. 1807 of 2014.
In the light of judgment in the case of Yogish Arora vs. Smt. Jennette Yogish Arora 2018 (9) ADJ 379 present petition would not be maintainable as the remedy lies under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy as may be available to him.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned orders after obtaining the photocopies of the same.
