This is an application for compromise between the petitioner and opposite parties no. 4 to 8. The application requires verification before the Registrar of this Bench under the provisions of Rules of the Court. The parties are agreeable that the matter may be sent before the Registrar for verificaiton.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the matter is referred for verification of the compromise before the Registrar. The parties will put their appearance before the Registrar of this Bench on 18.1.2011. This order has been passed in the presence of the counsel for the parties.
