Accordingly to petitioner, certain government land has been encroached by some private persons and despite repeated request made by the petitioner, the authorities are not taking appropriate steps for removing the encroachments.
Counsel appearing for the Development Authority submits that show cause notices have already been issued to the encroachers and steps have been taken for removing the encroachments.
In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the competent court.
