Order on Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Satya Prakash Singh , with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 171 of 2018, under Sections- 376 I.P.C. and 7/8 The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station- Palimukeempur, District-Aligarh, during pendency of trial.
There is allegation of rape of the victim, who is aged about 17 years. In her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she has made clear allegation against the applicant.
In view of the above, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. Application is, accordingly, rejected.
