Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants, namely, Satya Prakash Sharma and Smt. Krishna Sharma, in Case Crime No. 49 of 2020 under Sections 498-A, 323, 506, 406, 377 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Mahila Thana, District- Agra.
As per office report dated 07.04.2021 notice on opposite party no.2 has been served but no one has put in appearance.
Implication of the applicants appears to be on account of matrimonial dispute.
No counter affidavit has been filed by learned AGA despite time granted.
Applicants are already on interim anticipatory bail by the order dated 10.02.2021. The order is confirmed. The applicants shall remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on police report, if any, under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. by the competent Court on the same terms and conditions as given in the order dated 10.02.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
