Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and Sri K.R. Singh, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.
Compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party contending that order of the writ court has been complied by deciding the representation of the applicants vide order dated 6.1.2016, which is part of the compliance affidavit. This fact is not being disputed by learned counsel for the applicants.
