The instant writ petition has been filed assailing the order of penalty imposed in disciplinary proceedings.
Sri Anil Babu, learned counsel for the respondent at the outset submits that the order is appealable.
This fact is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy of appeal against the order impugned.
No cost.
