It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that this is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicants and the basic prayer as made in the present 482 application is not being changed/altered and only time for appearance of the applicants has been sought for the reasons stated in the time extension application. It is thus prayed that three weeks' further time may be granted to the applicants for appearance before the court below pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.5.2019.
Accordingly, time extension application is allowed.
As prayed, two weeks' and no more time from today is granted to the applicants to appear and surrender before the court below pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 20.5.2019.
In case the applicants do not appear within the extended period, no further time shall be granted.
