Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
Petitioner seeks direction for expeditious disposal of a representation made on 14.05.2019.
Perusal of the representation reveals that the prayer made therein is for modification/ correction in the revenue records.
In my considered opinion, the relief which petitioner is seeking can be granted, either in the suit for declaration or in proceedings for correction of papers.
Petitioner may, as advised, avail such of the remedies available to him for redressal of his grievances.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
