The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.357 of 2014 expeditiously, within a time specified by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner and is pending since the year 2014. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that certain issues have already been decided as preliminary issues.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
