JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is admitted to the petitioner that against the order impugned, a restoration application has also been field before the Board of Revenue. The petitioner, thus, is pursuing two remedies simultaneously.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be granted time to enable him to withdraw the restoration application and to file a certified copy of the order to that effect before this Court.
Accordingly, it is directed that this petition may come up as a fresh case on 5.3.2014.
