When an order was passed on 29.4.2017 in proceedings under sections 33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 in Case No.29 of 2011, the petitioner filed an application dated 13.12.2011 for the recalling of the ex-parte order. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Recall Application is not being decided. He, therefore, prays that the same may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Recall Application dated 13.12.2011 filed by the petitioner in Case No.29 of 2011 (Lekhpal Report Vs. Satya Narayan & Anr.) be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
