The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below, before whom Civil Revision No.131 of 2017 is pending, to decide the same within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the court is regularly fixing date in the matter and parties are also appearing but the court itself is adjourning the case.
In the circumstances aforesaid, the revisional court is directed to decide the revision expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without adjourning the matter except for some compelling reason.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
