JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M. Application No.140973 of 2021) The present application has been filed for correction in the order dated 21.10.2021.
It is evident from the record that interim order, which was granted earlier on 01.09.2021, was not time bound.
Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.
In the Fifth Paragraph of order dated 21.10.2021, the words/nos. "Interim order, if any, is extended till the next date of listing" be read as the words/nos. "Interim order granted earlier shall remain stayed until further order".
