1. Heard Sri Saroj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that against cancellation order dated 24.6.2021 his client has preferred an appeal under Clause 13 Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016, which is pending consideration before Appellate Authority.
3. In view of the said fact, the writ petition is dismissed as the petitioner has already availed the alternative remedy of appeal.
4. However, the Appellate Authority is directed to conclude the proceedings preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order from the website of this Court.
