The grievance of the petitioner is that when the application under section 198(4) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 was finally decided in the year 1980 and no Appeal or Revision was filed, vexatiously the contesting respondent no.2 filed a Recall Application which when again was dismissed, a Revision was filed and now because of the pendency of the Revision, the possession of the petitioner was unnecessarily being disturbed and, therefore, states that the Revision itself may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No.01719 of 2018 (Computerized No.C-201814000001719) (Smt. Chamela Devi Vs. Raghunath & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
