No adverse order has yet been passed against the petitioner in the inquiry proceedings, the legality of which has been challenged by the petitioner in the present writ petition. Therefore, there is no cause of action to file the present writ petition.
The petition is premature and the legality of the inquiry proceedings or the manner in which the inquiry is being conducted can be raised in any petition filed challenging the adverse order, if any, is passed against the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed.
