JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J.
Heard learned counsel for the review applicants.
The review application has been filed against the order dated 4th September, 2014 whereby the writ petition had been dismissed as infrucutuous due to efflux of time.
The office has reported a substantial delay of 2319 days as on 8.2.2021 in the filing of review application.
Learned counsel for the review-applicants has submitted that the review application has been filed inadvertently and that he would like to not press review application in order to file a recall application against the order dated 4.9.2014.
In view of aforesaid submission, the review application is dismissed as not pressed.
