The petitioner who is a complainant is aggrieved by the fact that after the Gaon Sabha informed the Assistant Collector, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur about the encroachment which was done by the encroacher, no further action was being taken and no notice under Form-20 was being issued.
Learned Standing counsel submits that further proceedings as per the law would be undertaken by the State respondents.
It is, therefore, directed that if and only if the State authorities are of the view that notices have to be issued under Form-20 they may so proceed.
The writ petition is disposed of.
