Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The informant, who is petitioner, has lodged a complaint which is registered as Case Crime No.0886 of 2020 under Sections 306 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Farrukhabad Kotwali, District Farrukhabad.
We are not passing any adverse order against respondent nos. 4 to 6 who are accused.
The prayer prayed for in this petition is that writ in the nature of mandamus be issued to the respondent no.2 and 3 to supervise and ensure fair investigation in Case Crime No.0886 of 2020 under Sections 306 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Farrukhabad Kotwali, District Farrukhabad, which is granted.
The authority concerned shall take all action to see that proper investigation as per the provision of Cr.P.C. is carried out for the aforementioned case crime number by the In-charge Police Station Farrukhabad Kotwali, District Farrukhabad supervised by the higher authorities.
With the aforesaid observations, present petition is disposed of.
