The sole grievance of the petitioners is that the encroachment made over plot no. 1402, which was reserved for playground, Plot No.1403, which was reserved for Panchayat Bhawan, Plot No.1405, which was reserved for Chak Road, situate at village Koshada Kala, Tappa-Manda, Pargana-Khairagarh, Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj, was not being removed.
Learned Standing Counsel has produced the instructions received by him in the Court today, which is being kept on record.
Copy of the instructions be also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Place this matter as a fresh case on 19.01.2022.
