Heard Sri Sukendu Pal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Sushil Chandra Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.2 & 3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and perused the record.
The grievance as sought to be raised in the present petition can be raised by the petitioner taking recourse to Section 133 of Cr.P.C.,1973 and in case if any such complaint is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be looked into by the competent authority, namely, the District Magistrate and shall be disposed of within a further period of six weeks by a reasoned and speaking order. Needless to add, proper opportunity of hearing shall also be afforded to the parties considered.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
