Heard Sri R.K. Upadhyay learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. in opposition.

I do not find any reason to grant bail to the applicant but since he is languishing in jail for quite a long time, I direct the trial Judge to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order before him. The bail prayer of the applicant is declined and is rejected.
