The Court notes that the application for interim injunction moved in Suit No. 271 of 2019 (Satnam Singh Vs. Ram Krishan and others) pending before the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Rampur remains undisposed of till date. The order sheet indicates that the Commissioner's report has also been taken on the record.
In view of the aforesaid, the concerned Court before whom the aforesaid interim application is stated to be pending, shall move in the matter with expedition and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to parties. The aforesaid direction is of course subject to the roster of the concerned Court and the pendency of older cases.
Petition stands disposed of.
