Learned counsel Mr. A.J. Patel appearing with learned advocate Mr. Girish K. Patel for the appellants has brought to the notice of this court regarding the order passed earlier that learned advocate Mr. J.V. Vaghela has taken time and therefore this may be the last chance. Accordingly, the matter is adjourned to 13.2.2012 with a clear understanding that no adjournment shall be granted on that day.
The stay of the operation of the order granted by the court below shall remain extended till then.
