This writ petition has been filed against the orders dated 3.7.2004 passed by the Tehsildar under Section 122-B of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950, and the revisional order dated 22.8.2005 passed by the Collector, Ghaziabad. The petitioner has approached the Court very belatedly and, therefore, this Court cannot interfere with the impugned orders.
However, since it has been stated in paragraph 22 of the writ petition that the petitioner is still in possession, the petitioner may claim regularization of his possession under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
The writ petition is disposed of.
