Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 12.08.2021 registered as Case Crime no.442/2021 under Section 384, 452, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Garhmukteshwar, District Hapur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
Learned A.G.A. submits that final report has already been submitted in the matter and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous and the same is liable to be dismissed.
Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that leave may be accorded to avail the remedy as available in law.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with the aforesaid liberty.
