This review petition has been filed to review the order dated 1.8.2014 pased by this court.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner that in the present case the police of the district Lucknow is not having territorial jurisdiction to investigate the matter in case crime No. 4 of 2014.
From the allegation made in the FIR itself reveals that the demand of dowry has been made on telephone, the same has been received at Lucknow and the cause of action is at Lucknow also.
There is no good ground to review the order dated 1.8.2014, such prayer is refused.
Accordingly this application is disposed of.
