In view of the objection raised by Sri Chandan Sharma for the respondents that this petition is grossly barred by laches, learned counsel for the petitioners comes up with the prayer to withdraw the writ petition as he intends to pursue his remedy before the authorities.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
It is made clear that no liberty is given to petitioner to institute a fresh petition for the same cause.
