Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:-
"A. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay all dues to the petitioner in relation to his retiral benefit."
No useful purpose will be served to keep this writ petition pending and call for a counter affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent no. 3 raising all his grievances within four weeks and in the event such representation along with certified copy of this order is made within the stipulated period, then the representation of the petitioner shall be decided by the respondent no. 3 within next eight weeks by a reasoned and speaking order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
