Heard Shri Om Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Satendra Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner, in this writ petition, is seeking quashing of the order dated 26.05.2017; whereby, the allotment of his plot no. F-472 situated in Industrial Area, M.G. Road, Hapur has been cancelled.
We find that this writ petition is barred by laches by two years, which have not been explained anywhere in the writ petition.
We, therefore, dismiss this writ petition on the ground of laches.
