1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
2. Writ petition is directed against order of transfer dated 20.04.2018 passed by Director, Panchayat Raj, U.P., whereby petitioner working as District Panchayat Raj Officer has been transferred from Saharanpur to Budaun.
3. It is contended that petitioner's daughter is studying in Delhi Public School, Saharanpur and aforesaid transfer would cause serious prejudice to her academic interest.
4. Transfer having been made in administrative exigency by a competent authority in accordance with rules, when service is transferable, is not to be interfered in judicial review and if there is any personal grievance, it is always open to employee concerned to raise grievance before authorities concerned.
5. Be that as it may, since it is not the case of the petitioner that the impugned order of transfer is against statutory rules or has been passed by an authority not competent to pass such order or is vitiated on account of mala fide and it is not disputed that petitioner holds a transferable post, we find no reason to interfere with impugned order of transfer. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
