The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial Judge to decide objections filed by the petitioners against application for temporary injunction within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that the plaintiff- respondents having succeeded in obtaining an exparte temporary injunction, the petitioners, who are defendants, applied for vacation of the injunction order by filing objections (Paper No.17 Ga (2). According to him, the objections have not been decided so far, while on the other hand, the order of temporary injunction is being extended from time to time.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide application for temporary injunction alongwith objections Paper No.17 Ga (2) expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
