The application filed by the petitioner under Order IX Rule 4 C.P.C. read with Section 151 C.P.C. praying for setting aside the order dated 18.03.1998 in Original Suit No. 1114 of 1992 is stated to be pending.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that opposite party has already entered appearance in the matter and is contesting the same.
Having regard to the same the instant petition is disposed of with direction to make serious endeavour to decide the application under Order IX Rule 4 C.P.C. read with Section 151 C.P.C. expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
