Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent states that subject to verification of all facts including whether the order of 4 September 2019 has attained finality and any legal recourse has been taken in respect thereof by the private respondent, the State shall as in duty-bound take further steps for implementation of the order passed in accordance with law and with due notice to the affected persons.
Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
