At the very outset, Sri Vivek Verma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has a remedy of approaching the Chancellor under Section 68 of the U.P. State Universities Act against the order impugned.
In the facts and circumstances of the present case, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available to him in law.
Writ Petition accordingly is not entertained and dismissed.
In case such a representation is made within two weeks from today, the Chancellor is requested to make all endeavours to dispose of the matter at the earliest possible.
